Can’t Wait for Pokémon Platinum? Try Orange.
I’ll begin by pointing out that this version is in no way officially released or licensed by Nintendo or Game Freaks. Pokémon Orange Islands or Naranja as it is also called was made by a hacker named Serg!o who lives in Madrid Spain. The game follows the story of the cartoon series in which the main character is Ash, although the player can also choose to play as Misty. The story takes place after Ash has defeated the Elite Four in Kanto, and is on a journey to the Orange Islands to acquire the mysterious GS ball and deliver it to Professor Oak.
The English version is still not perfect, as the video will show you there are frequent errors in grammar. That still doesn’t stop Pokémon Naranja from being an enjoyable title.
The Game is considered to be more difficult that the official titles and features more 2 vs. 2 battles.
It’s hard to believe that there are people out there creating their own Pokémon titles. Not to mention putting them onto actual cartridges to play in their Game Boy Advance systems.
