Catherine Poster Contest
Atlus has announced via the official Catherine blog that they will be holding a contest where three winners will be awarded the above poster from the game. Entering the contest is simple and despite everything being in Japanese I can make it easy enough for you to enter even if you can’t read a word of the language. Aren’t I awesome?
There are three steps to participate in the contest:
That phrase is basically saying “Atlus’s new title: The _________ game Catherine for PS3 and Xbox 360 goes on sale this winter!”
The blank can be the adjective of your choosing or even a descriptive phrase. If you want to see what people in Japan are saying simply do a search of the “#cathy_atlus” hashtag and look at what appears before the “な” character. You can load up Google translate and see what it means or simply copy and paste anyone’s answer.
As far as I know the creativity of your answer has nothing at all to do with winning this contest, I believe the entries are chosen at random so you can go crazy, hell you can even fill in the blanks with English if you wanted. If you would like to appear legitimate and want to use some Japanese here are some simple adjectives you can slap in there:
I could keep going but any of these are fine, and again I am sure English is also acceptable.
The winners will be informed by direct message that they have won. The post does not make any mention about the winners having to be in Japan, although the odds of that not being the case are probably pretty slim. Still, anyone wanting a sweet poster should give it a shot! If this entry enticed you to create a Twitter profile, do me a favor and follow me as well. I am a great source for spam relating to Internet marketing and increasing the visibility of your small business which sells natural growth enhancement supplements endorsed by the prince of Nigeria.
Good luck everyone, here’s hoping one of you finds that golden ticket!
