Final Fantasy XIII Unboxing
Yesterday, while I was at work, a magical thing happened: UPS delivered my copy of Final Fantasy XIII. I had to savor the moment — it’s been years since a new Final Fantasy came out. Despite being tired I wanted to do this right. I hastily cleared off the coffee table and Foxes filmed me opening the game. Note the silence… Just like a golf game.
First off, sorry the video is so small, I used Foxes’s iPhone. Did I mention I was tired? Second, don’t steal my Square Enix point card, OK? I realized I didn’t cover up the serial number. I DID remember to cover the serial number for the Final Fantasy XIV beta which I will probably (definitely) never be able to use anyway.
By the time we started the game it was pretty late so sadly I was only able to play for an hour. I already have some thoughts on the game, but you’ll have to wait until I have a little more to go on for any kind of review or impression. Look forward to it!

I will be having another live stream tonight where we will reveal our top games of the year, have a little Q and A, Christmas cheer, and maybe some live FFXIII streaming if enough people show up. Tell your friends, or I am keeping all the goodness to myself! Be here at:
