Level-5 To Announce 3 New Projects At Level 5 VISION 2009
Level-5 sure have been keeping themselves busy! In a recent press release, they announced that they will be revealing three new projects at their annual Level-5 VISION 2009 event, which will be held on August 25th. These three titles will be shown alongside six other already announced projects. The full list for the VISION 2009 event include:
the game series)
VISION 2009 is shaping up to be one highly-anticipated event for fans of Level-5. Being a fan myself of these incredibly talented group of people, August 25th can’t come soon enough. Although it is pretty hard to not be excited for a developer who’s roster of games (which include such classics as the Dark Cloud series and Dragon Quest VIII) don’t have a single blemish in their 11 year history.
One of the suspected titles to be revealed at their event is the third entry to the innovative Dark Cloud series of RPGs, which has been a long time coming indeed, seeing as Dark Cloud 2 was released over 7 years ago. Dark Cloud 3 is definitely a VISION 2009 hopeful for me, but the game I’m looking forward to the most? That would definitely have to be The Another World (???, Ni no Kuni).
For the uninformed, Ni no Kuni is an upcoming RPG for the Nintendo DS that is a collaboration effort between Level-5 and the acclaimed anime studio Studio Ghibli. It is also rumored to be making a release on an unannounced console, but at this time the rumor can not be confirmed. The first trailer can be seen here:
Be sure to mark August 25th on your calendar and keep your eyes glued to your computer on that day. You certainly don’t want to miss out on what Level-5 will have to offer during this event! Also, be sure to regularly visit the Level 5 VISION 2009 official site, you never know what surprises it may reveal!
