Metal Gear Solid 4 Bundle 80 GB Version Exists and is Available for Pre-Order

80 GB… again…

It looks like there is hope yet for the promise of a decent Metal Gear Solid 4 Bundle. The 80 GB one is on SonyStyle’s website making it official in my mind. More exciting still is that the bundle is available for pre-order at Circuit City.com for the previously announced price of $499.99. I have already pre-ordered mine, so unless something goes horribly wrong, I will be making my leap into the next generation.

Apparently the 40 GB version includes the Limited Edition of the game, which comes with a Blu-Ray disc containing 2 hours of exclusive content as well as a soundtrack and access to Metal Gear online. I am assuming the 80 GB bundle comes with the standard version of the game perhaps explaining the price difference.

On a personal level, twice the memory, backwards compatibility and an extra 100$ in my pocket is a better deal. What can I say, I am poor.

If this package interests you I highly recommend pre-ordering as soon as you possibly can. They will be available in EXTREMELY limited quantities relative to demand.

That’s the bundle I’m getting, finally Sony did it right when it comes to releasing a bundle with all the right specs.
I just hope it’s going to be out for a while, i won’t be buying it instantly.

But no worries, time to start playing Etrian Odyssey for the first time!

I think there may be a good amount of them, but I can’t say that with much certainty. When I worked at Best Buy we seemed to have a never-ending supply of the 80 GB model that came with Motocross… The MGS4 one may be more popular but if it’s produced in the same numbers you won’t have much to worry about.
Enjoy Etrian, hope you beat it by the time the sequel comes out!

Well I found that forming a team for the back row is just as important as forming a team for the front row. I liked to go with a Cleric and either an Archer or an Alchemist.
Don’t be afraid to leave the dungeon if you don’t think you can go on–it’s better to play it safe. Making a detailed map is what will help you in the long-run.
Lastly, play around with the merchants as much as you can. Buying and selling stuff gets you new and better items, which can be a BIG help.
Just take your time with it and enjoy it!
