Evility Effect: All allied characters receive a 5% stat increase
Prerequisite: Cleric and Wiseman level 25
Suggested weapons: Gun, Staff
*NOTE* Must also pass bill entitled “応援師を作りたい”, or “I want to make a Cheerleader” for 400 mana in home room.

I translated all of this info from a Japanese Disgaea wiki, which is very informative. While this class may not look like it fits in with the overall persona of the Disgaea series (it’s awfully happy considering it’s a demon), it could definitely help out a lot in battle.

Increased experience, stats, counters, and map mobility make the Cheerleader a must-have for just about any party. Combined with the enemy weakening skills of a Sorcerer, and you can take on enemies significantly higher than your party.
