Evility Effect: All enemy characters on the map have their stats reduced by 5%
Prerequisite: Wiseman and Witch level 25
Suggested weapons: Spear, Staff
*NOTE* Must also pass bill entitled “????????”, or “I want to make a Sorcerer” for 400 mana in home room.

1 Offense Mastery Equipment Aptitude for Attack stat is increased by 10%
1 Cast Mastery Equipment Aptitude for Intelligence stat is increased by 10%
1 Status Immunity 20% less chance of being inflicted with a negative status effect
2 Hazard Dance Increases the chance of inflicting all enemy character with a status effect by 20%
4 Ominous Dance All enemies on the map have their evasion decreased by 20%
6 Ruin Dance All enemies on the map have all of their elemental attributes decreased by 25%

I translated all of this info from a Japanese Disgaea wiki, which is very informative. This class is probably my favorite right now in terms of looks, and I am also glad that she comes with some very decent abilities. Check back for more info as I am always on the lookout for news on Disgaea 3.
