Nutgarden05 has spent a good amount of time on Prinny, so we decided to do a vlog where we discuss the game. He has a bit more experience than me when it comes to action games, so I thought he might have more to say on the matter. Ultimately, I think our opinion of the game was pretty similar.
We really appreciated the game’s difficulty, which picks up significantly towards the end. My only complaint was that the rewards, in terms of story, tended to stay the same while the difficulty increased. NG5 hasn’t really gotten as far, so I think he is still just enjoying the innocence the game maintains early on.
I feel a bit bad for ragging on NIS America for neglecting their side projects. The Prinny blog has actually received a few more updates — some of which are uniquely designed for the blog. This includes a new video series of the life of a prinny, which features someone dressed up in a prinny suit performing everyday tasks. There was also some footage from the prinny event held last year.
