Today FES is officially released in America. Atlus has the following to say about it’s release:

In Japan, FES was released as a reward to folks that picked up the original Persona 3, and we brought it here for exactly the same reason.

Enjoy it guys, it’s been a long wait.

I found the game at Amazon.com for $29.99 here.  It’s a little more expensive at Play-Asia, although they do offer free shipping to those who live in Japan.
