Her name is Risé Kujikawa (久慈川 りせ) and her Persona is called Himiko (ヒミコ). She enters the game about halfway into the story as a freshman transfer student. Risé was an extremely popular Idol in Japan, but for some unknown reason, decided to take a break. She moves into the protagonists town, and begins attending school there.
While Japanese Idols are generally known for their sunny dispositions, Risé surprises everyone by lacking energy at school. Could this have something to do with her mysterious break from show business? Or is it simply a continuation of the game’s theme: what you see on TV is not the truth. Lastly, her singing voice seems to have a strange effect on Shadows… Risé’s Persona is Himoko. Possibly named after Japan’s first female empress. Himiko has the ability to “analyze” shadows as well as provide valuable support information to the party. She will most likely be taking over as the Fuuka character for the later half of the game, when I believe Kuma will join-up. There is evidence to suggest that Kuma will provide support for the first half of the game. |

Great info, i’m loving that outrageous design, exactly why i play SMT games, but i have to play P3FES first, after i clear Etrian Odyssey. I’m on a crazy Atlus streak it seems, soon cleared the second stratum, good stuff.
Yea, I feel like after the success of P3, Atlus felt they could take some greater creative liberties with P4. I think the results are awesome. Ever since I got back to the US there are all these games I need to play that came out while I was gone! Current list:
