The official Persona 4 website has just released a download of the game’s opening. The video introduces each party member briefly, giving some insight to their personality. If you look carefully you can see Kanji as well as the still unidentified girl.

The song in the opening seems to reveal some idea of the games deeper themes:
“We are living our lives…Abound with so much information. Come on, let go of the remote” Persona 4 definitely seems to speak to the frightening possibility of losing sight of reality and fiction. This is a much more profound meaning in comparison to its predecessor. I must say, Atlus is doing a great job assembling mysteries and creating a world which is both frightening and identifiable. The more info that comes out about this game, the more I ache to play it! |
