Very First Vlog: Fallout 3 Part 4
Here is our last video in the series of us discussing Fallout 3, I hope everyone enjoyed them somewhat.
First I (try to) explain a strategy I read about online when it comes to acquiring your home in Tenpenny Towers. If you don’t mind messing with your karma a bit, then it’s best to slaughter everyone in Megaton and take their stuff BEFORE blowing the town up. This will get you loads of items and loads of bad karma. The negative karma doesn’t really matter since after you blow the town, you will most likely be instantly demoted to evil.
If you would like to become good again, you can give purified water to beggars, donate to Rivet City church, collect fingers etc.
After that we mention post-apocalyptic man’s best friend, Dogmeat. Throughout the game there are several allies the player can recruit to help in battle, and Dogmeat is the easiest of the bunch to get. While he may not have a lot to offer in terms of offence, he is great at finding gear for you, and just plain cute. When Fallout 3 first came out, I was touched to see many people on forums and message boards discussing the best ways to keep him alive, and enemies he should avoid.
We are all very excited to continue making videos in the future, and Foxes is currently trying to come up with a more user-friendly way of displaying them on the site. Thank you all so much for your support, and enjoy!
